Annabelle's 1st birthday

We had a birthday party to go to yesterday. It was Annabelle's 1st birthday! Annabelle is Danielle Mitchell's little girl. I went to cosmetology school with her and we became good friends. Well we were the only friends we had at school cause everybody else was cracked out or on pills and couldnt even funtion...sooo we stuck together lol.
Her party fit them perfect. They are really country people. They had her party on a horse farm with all these horses everywhere! I thought that was kinda cool. And they had pony rides for the little ones. Annabelle got a pony of course for her birthday. So we let lorali take a pony ride. She wasnt too surea bout it at first but then she had some fun. so here are some pictures we took!

In Ala-freakin-bama...i hate this place...

well first of all lets see how much i get typed before the baby turkey wakes in my arms....she wont let me put her down cause we are in a strange and scary place...lol we are at her other grandmothers in...well the title explains where we are. We decided to come back to Oxford Alabama for a few days to let Josh's mom see her and spend some time with her since she never gets to see her. No let me take that back. She can come see her but its very rare. I hate to come here though because you have to pack the whole house and everything is in suitcases and bags and it drives me nuts! Another thing that makes me upset about this trip is that she usually cries half way here and it makes my anxiety even worse! So i told Josh to turn her seat around to see if it would help and it did. So she didnt cry at all! which was such a relief and made me feel better!
On the other hand...Lorali does pretty good until she needs a nap or its bedtime cause i guess its just not home.
Also..josh and i got to go on a little date last night without the little turkey so that was nice. At home meemaw watches her EVERYDAY while im at work so its hard to ask her to watch her while we go on a date...and most of the time i dont want to go anywhere because ive been away from her all day and i miss her SOOOO much when im gone!
Shes growing bigger and bigger everyday and learning new stuff all the time! Shes so funny! Since she looks EXACTLY like her daddy (although people are telling me shes looking more like me :) which makes me happy since i did carry her for 9 months and was miserable :) im sure shes going to have his personality. Hes pretty funny so i guess thats where she gets it from.
I hear "ma-ma" more and more everyday and i love every minute of it! it is by far the best thing anybody has ever called me!
Shes started this new thing where she holds her hand up to her ear and starts babbling. It looks like shes talking on the phone and im pretty sure she thinks shes talking to her daddy cause all she babbles about is.... "hey da-da...yeah...then some jibberish..then its "da da dadad hey!" and then some screams...lol its pretty funny
Shes pretty smart too. We were at the lovely wally-world and of course we had to go check out the toys. I picked up this gadget thing and i couldnt figure out how to work it and Lorali just reached over and pushed it and it worked...lol i guess im just retarded..yeah she made me feel real smart then! She knows where every little button, on-off switch, cord etc. on her toys and can work every single one! I guess shes played with them enough to know. But id say shes pretty smart.
She loves to read her books and can point out the baby on all the pages. Whatever the book tells her to do she can do. Like clap her hands, kiss the baby, turn the page, etc.
Some of the new words she has said are....Bee, Duck, somewhat "baby", "hey dosh" (josh...my brother) hey, ba-ba (bottle), ga-ga (my mom...lol i tried to get her to be called that before Lorali said it and she said no she didnt like it...but of course now that Lorali has said it she loves it...), eat, bye-bye, and of course my FAVORITE OF ALL TIME....DRUM ROLL PLEASE...MA-MA!!!!!! :) :)
I could actually prob go on for days with what all she does but i feel like i keep repeating the same stuff although there is new stuff she does.
khgr....well as you can see the little turkey is awake now and wants to type and tell yall how she feels...so im gonna let her take over

Another month closer to ONE!!!

Tomorrow Lorali will be 9 months old...i know every month i say i cant believe shes bout to be one but i cant believe time has gone by so fast...i never really knew how fast time goes until you watch something everyday grow and change. Shes doing alot of new things and shes so funny.
Here are some of the new things shes been doing:
:When you put her in her chair to eat..either food or yummys...she gives you a high-five or claps her hands...lol she does it cause for the longest time she would just spit everything back at you and so we started clapping or giving her high-fives for doing a good job.
:dances to the music really just bounces but its so cute
:she has said toes, and eat but only once of course...
:haha her new favorite is to play on the couch naked lol esp when you say youre gonna get her butt she goes crazy! too cute
: she can ride her horsey by herself now
:shes walking alot better (while you hold her hands)

Im sure ive left out so much and she does new things all day everyday but i cant think of any right now...

Ok so you all know that shes not been sleeping and shes been teething...well she got two teeth back to back but im sure there will be more very soon! well ive been letting her sleep with me so we can both sleep last night...well josh doesnt care for it to much cause he thinks im gonna hurt her...which i get but its better than staying up all night and fighting her...sooo....last night i rocked her like always and went to put her down and of course she woke up as soon as i layed her down...i didnt pick her up and she screamed and screamed. needless to say it BROKE my heart into pieces to let her scream just knowing she wanted me to hold her. I was going to try and let her start learning she cant always get her way (yeah right..) so it went on for 10 mins and i went in there to check on her and told her it was ok and it was time to go night night...well she still screamed...so 30 mins came around and i went to check on her...as soon as i walked in the room she threw up EVERYWHERE...im not talkin about spitting up...like projectile vomit! and she did it 3 times! thats how upset she was....i lost my mind after that...my heart was already hurting so bad to listen to her scream but i was trying to get her to understand something...so i had an emotional breakdown with her in the floor..i felt like a horrible mommy and that i had done the wrong thing for just letting her cry...i felt so bad...i just held her and she wouldnt let me go! so i WILL NOT be doing that again. i dont care if she sleeps with me! ill try and teach her later on when she actually understands what is going on. After that episode of crazyness she wouldnt go to sleep till like 1:30 cause i guess she thought i was gonna put her in her own bed. but i didnt. haha..bless her heart :(

i dont believe i can take much more...

well....this 8th month has prob been the worst month for me...I guess her other teeth are trying to come in and its bout to be the death of me...up all night and still wont sleep during the day..so when she wakes up at night i put her in the bed with me (bad mistake i know) and she goes right back to sleep..i give her orajel (which works for .5 secs) and motrin for pain but it doesnt seem to help...i am a walking zombie it seems like..so i got to work this morning and my clients canceled which makes this day and the rest of this week much worse..josh is still working out of town and is gone during the week...the hiring process from him really needs to hurry up..and when he comes home hes exhausted from workin 12 hour shifts at night so i feel bad askin or tellin him to get up with her at night...BUT OH MY GOSH I NEED SLEEP TOO!!! so...with all this i guess you can say im depressed crazy and prob bout to go INSANE! i guess it could always be worse and just when i think ive had enough she looks at me with that big ol one toofie grin and my heart melts..i guess its normal to be crazy depressed and cant take anymore cause everybody says it comes with being a mommy...but i love her more than life and i wouldnt give her up for the world! so i guess im just gonna have to live with being crazy and not making any sense when i talk or type...ugh...i just figured out how to put pictures up so im bout to do it :)

8 months old and have no idea where the time has gone

Are you kidding me....its really been 8 months from the day she was born??? I mean that's 4 months away from ONE YEAR!! She is growing so fast and changing everyday...she's actually in the floor going..."ha ha ha ha" and waving bye bye....that just goes to prove she knows she won't need me much longer :( she's gonna be walking before long. Shestarted standing by herself for a few secs but realizes it and freaks out..and when she does I'm gonna lose more weight cause she's going to be into everything and I'm going to be chasing her around..and if she walks anything like she crawls she will fly! She loves to give kisses to her glow worm and to mommy and daddy of course :)

As for now that's all I got for the little turkey...so ill update more later...and somebody help me figure out how to put pics up!!

bare with me guys...im new

Ok guys....I'm so confused on how to do this but so thankful that marybeth set this up for me..I read her whole blog yesterday and couldn't wait to make my own. So I will go ahead and let you know a little bout our little family..

My name is obviously maygan and I am a master cosmetologist and I absolutely love what I do. This past year my life has changed so much for the better and I couldn't imagine it any other way.

I have an amazing fiance named josh mckenzie. I couldn't ask for a better person to spend the rest of my life with. He is my my right hand in everything I do. He is working in alabama as a cop and soon to be in rome. That's the only hard part right now is him going back and forth.

Now...for our precious little creation haha....who this will be all about! I regret not doing this when I was pregnant or when she was first born...but I guess its not too late...so here is a little infor about her

We have a BEAUTIFUL little girl who you may have seen or met...and if you haven't you really should cause she is a pretty cool little chick :) she is about to be 8 months old on the 16th of feb...I cannt believe she's almost a year old...it breaks my heart and I ask everyday wher the time has gone...she is my world and I have no idea what I did with my life before...she has had a lot of first this month...she's finally starting to get hair..well more of it...she's crawling and into EVERYTHING!! She's pulling up on everything that will let her and if it doesn't let her she has attitude..guess she gets that from me..haha...she recently got a TOOFIE!! So maybe I can get some sleep now :) she waves byebye and says hey..says RAH! When she wants attention...gives the best kisses ever! Nice and slobbery...she def knows what no means and could care less that you say it until you take her away from it and she pitches a fit :) I'm sure there are plenty more of new things she's done but I can't remember from lack of sleep...but when I remember ill post them..haha

Ok....so now for the people that just read this...don't make fun of me cause I'm not a creative writer or don't make any sense when I type...but when a thought comes to my head I have to type it then before I forget..lol...so bare with me until I get the hang of this whole thing. And if there are any suggestions then send them my way!
